Origin II and Hello

There's nary a beast that outnegotiate a tight scotsman.

Hi Guys
I think your offer is to low and do not think he will except it?
However he is very experienced negotiator and is used to low ball offers. If you are geninue I will present the highest one $526.21 is there any one else who would like to offer more.

I am sure he will be able to get you up from your first offer so proable not a bad idea to low ball and go from there. Just be very careful and he negotiates everyday.

Cheers

Bernie

I was having a terrible day until I came back to this thread. Now my eyes are welling with tears as I try to hold back the laughter.

Please advise how much you are prepared to pay and I will present the offer to Tunza, just be careful as Tunza is an awesome negotiator he may get you to pay more than you would like to.

Please advise the most you are prepared to pay and at the next open house I will present your offer.

Hi Bernie.

I have a question for Tunza. Can you please ask him why the entire Real Estate industry use the terms "bid" and "offer" incorrectly?

You do not put in an "offer" for a house, you "bid" for it. The seller is "offering" a price, not the buyer.

If you're a buyer, you either hit the offer or you bid lower/higher depending on demand.

It's the only market in the world where no-one knows what the hell they're talking about.

/rant.

Guppy you lost me at Hi Bernie?

What is the question in simple terms? I do not understand what you are asking but Tunza is smarter than be so he will be able to work it out. Please advise in laymen terms.

Unfortunately I missed Tunza's open house on the weekend. But will hit him up with the above question once it is simplified.

Also any higher bids for the 626. I still agree with the low ball offer first because Tunza is gun negotiator and you will end up paying more than you wanted to.

Cheers

Bernie

Tell Tunza he's dreaming if he expects any more than what has been offered for his 626. The dashboard can't be in good condition from all the shoulder checking.
