Brad Arthur - 13th in 2014, 12th in 2015, caught cap cheating in 2016, and had an easy run of fixtures late in the season to finish 4th in 2017 and barely fired a shot in the finals.

Currently sitting 16th with 2 wins and 10 defeats with a -98 points differential in 2018. This is with a side that was widely tipped to finish in the top 4 again.

edit: would like to throw Kevvie Walters hat in the ring for this discussion but I will wait until after Origin.
