OFFICIAL Payne Haas to depart Broncos at the end of 2026

Wild that Haas is going to be walking out on the club. Crazy to think we deliver a premiership and a year later he is going to say goodbye.
So much for all the chat around only wanting to play for the broncos.
Major blow for us.
 
Is what it is. Obviously would have preferred he stayed but at the end of the day he is just a prop. Probably the best one the game has ever seen but there is a limit to how much you can pay them and to be honest we were probably already over that limit.

I will say also that I will not miss all the drama each time he is up for contract renewal, and sometimes even while he is still contracted. The club could not have done anymore to make him happy and it still wasn’t enough so cya later.

Also, Fifita can choke on a dick, I hate that ****ing guy.

Honestly, doesn’t make sense. One of his brothers is also with us, yeah? Seems very very out of the blue.
I don’t see why? Because of Fifi and latrell? Isn’t he closer with Patty, Walsh, Staggs etc.

They say it’s an enormous rumour, although it hasn’t been confirmed by either souths, Hass or Broncos.

Doesn’t make sense but I don’t think anyone could accuse has of being a member of MENSA so not sure how much good planning he puts into anything.
