So with these new guys coming more into the spotlight now who are in our system, can we get some confirmation on pronunciations of their names?

For example:

Duncan Paia'Aua - Pay-ow? Pie-ah-ah? Pay-ah? Pay-oo-ah? Pow-ah?

Joe Ofahengaue - Offer-heng? Offer-hengue? Oaf-aheng?

That was my point ;) I can't help but pronounce it the old way... Doesn't come across via the written word, though.

Perhaps not, but words are deeds.

Consider the argument of the US logician Quine. He wrote:

"Nonbeing must in some sense be, otherwise what is it that there is not?"

(Answer, our 5/8)

This tangled doctrine might be nicknamed Plato’s beard; historically it has proved tough, frequently dulling the edge of Occam’s razor.

That is why Mr Symbol Soup, you argue for Gillette. Very sharp. And Gillett is pronounced like fillet, which is exactly what a good razor does to the defence (and Hoffman doesn't).

Haha, I also pronounce it fillay, I thought I was the only one.

I have the 2014 Season Guide right in front of me.
Copley- Cop-lee not copeley
Vidot- Vee-doe not vid-oe, Gus Gould.
Brett Greinke- Gren-kee
Tom Opacic- Opp-ah-check
Duncan Paia'aua- Pah-ee-ah-owa
Kalolo Saitaua- Kah-lo-losie-tu-ah

It's, "Pie-aya".

Thanks for the serious replies guys.

I just said I was going to pronounce it as the word Paella, didn't think I had to sound out a common word.
