Pretty sure it will either be Grant Atkins or Adam Gee who refs the game and screw us with numerous 6 agains and penalties against us. Watch out for Flegler to be put on report & binned if he tries to tackle.
Inspite of all this from moron PVL, we’ll defy the odds and smack them real bad.
City of Brisbane & Suncorp is ours!
This aged well. Adam Gee it is who’ll try to butcher us at every opportunity this Friday. Sadly though, he won’t get any.

IMO, our coach has shown immeasurable growth so far this season. The way he's handled his press commitments, the way he is talking to our team (Walsh's jersey presentation... "Don't let him down") & his use of Haas/Flegler/the bench last week, Kev even handed Renolds the credit for that one.

We'll grind the **** out of the fish for the first 30-50 min, then put The ***** to the sword.

We'll score 40+ again.

The fish won't make double figures.

To me that means Sua'ali'i had more time to pull out or decide to go through with that tackle.
If anything he is more culpable than Felise.
The MRC manage to **** something up every year.
Agree the Kaufusi tackle prob deserves 2 weeks but the Sua'ali'i tackle deserves 4 by comparison.
I can't work out how they can be so inconsistent.

Although frustrating, I can understand on field referee consistency issues. They don't have the benefit of slow mo, different angles, multiple replays.

But inconsistency from the bunker, MRC and judiciary when they have all this available to them is not excusable.

“The” ain’t gonna do shit. They’re all riding the waves 🌊 until now but that’s it really. How do I know you ask?

Yep, I can’t deny it’s been an impressive turn around by Kev so far

While being ready for an early grind makes sense (especially after getting slighlty jumped in the 1st half by the Dragons), I think we might have to good chance of blowing them off the park early.

Similar to us, the Dolphins seem to conceed tries early, and score a bunch in the last 20 (noting its hard to find patterns from only 3 games). I think with them lifting for a big game (and the potential for a dramatic finish), we would want to aim to be well ahead by half time. Break there spirits early.

Kevy has always done those things. I remember before Reyno's 250th game he made a point to the boys "I dont think you have played 250 games, lets make this special for reyno and not let him down". I agree his bench usage has been far better.

He has also always credited Reyno over himself. Hes a humble guy and i think he will develop into a great coach. I feel passionate just watching how passionate he gets! you can only assume it has the same effect on the players.

Agree the broncs will smash the dolphins this week. The roosters were horrible round 1, the raiders were plain unlucky through shit ref calls and the Knights were atrocious and still scored 20 points.

it's just another business, the vast majority of businesses and their employees are wildly incompetent and inefficient because most people are wildly incompetent and inefficient

sadly the nrl is no exception

Last week Reynolds toyed with the dragons left edge putting kicks In behind the line one resulting in the Staggs try then later on in the game he fakes the kick and hits Walsh out the back and Cobbo scores.
The dragons centre and wing were expecting the kick as that's what Reno got them thinking all night.
We know how well Tesi reads defence and their combinations are 3 games old we could really have some luck out wide.

To be fair, NRL360 weren't the ones suggesting it. They were merely reporting that the club was apparently considering trying it if Kafusi was found guilty.

Even Kent said it was one of the worst decisions in the history of world sport administration.
Well, Wayne Bennett was suggesting it (through his media mouthpiece Paul Crawley, of course).

If Cobbo can’t outjump Niu for a few perfectly placed Reyno kicks he needs to change careers. Should be a total mismatch

You wait until after the verdict has been handed down to dispute it.
Yes, it’s the third time his has been charged. That doesn’t mean it is the third time he has done it.
Don’t waste your time with this guy man.
You blokes with your conspiracy theories. It mightn't be so bad if every time your cynical predictions fail to eventuate you apologize for making such arseholes of yourselves. Stay angry, doggies.

I think this one is an interesting game, it really shows where each team actually is. Obviously I think The is where they are because they’ve had an extremely lucky draw. I think we are contenders but if we are, we should beat this team pretty comfortably as we are the first ‘good’ team they are playing…but will we?

I think people are a bit harsh on the Phins performance in the first 3 rounds. In games of fine margins for a new side with no real X-factor they have hung in their and got the points. Cant see what else people would expect from them really. Their team is going to have to scrap and battle their way through the year and they have plenty of players who will do that. I think they have done exceptionally well and took their chances. You can only beat the team in front of you. Its not like we havent ridden our luck in certain games either.

A loss for us is going to be worse than a loss for the Dolphins. We have star power all over the field, a lot of our players and combinations have been building over time as well. Dolphins are 3 games in. Its a game we clearly should win as long as we have the right mentality. We just have more quality across the board than them.

Our forwards will steam roll the shit out of their forwards and Nikorima, I smell a bloodbath.
