Pre-Season Challenge '23 Week 1

Dragons in all sorts of trouble here.

They aren't handling the expansive style of play St Helens are playing.
Is this full strength St Helens though??

They're here for the world club challenge, which aren't typically treated as trials so they might be going all out 🤔🤔

Storm can’t even help but cheat, even in a pre-season trial.

Old mate laying on the ground winded, comes off for HIA…

The Roosters are (unfortunately) going to demolish a lot of sides through the middle with just hard running and quick ptb's. With a good pack and Tedesco, Manu and Sualii taking dozens of hitups, when they get on a roll it'll get ugly. Best chance of stopping the Panthers imo.

We're getting way more of a glimpse of the Roosters than the Storm here. But yes, that Smith/Radley try is exactly what we're missing. We rely too much on our outside backs to score.
