You can call Ticketek.

But even getting a hold of them when it's not busy is a pain in the ass sometimes.

Just to let you know, that same seat option where they held your seats only applied for the first game. They won't be held this time, so there is a chance someone will grab them before you can.

Yeah I know the same seat was for the first game only. I understand that. That's why I'm wondering if we can try to get them over the phone and ask for a certain seat, (if we can get through on the phone) rather than a lucky dip over the internet.
