You know those ink blot tests? Well if you squint hard enough and long enough at the flames shooting up in the background it spells…..
this + premiership ring on the finger would really drive this homeYou should add a tiny speech bubble off to the right saying "And Shane Flanagan's...."
Probably not a coincidence when we lost halves that will take more ball off Walsh we suddenly play better.I like how the last time we beat Storm in a GF, it was a loss against Storm during the regular season that was the turning point for us.
Same thing happened this year. That loss against Storm in Melbourne was the turning point for us, and then we go on to beat Storm in the GF.
Not sure about that. We won 10 of our last 12.I like how the last time we beat Storm in a GF, it was a loss against Storm during the regular season that was the turning point for us.

Not worried. Madge knows what he's doing Kev didn't.I have analysed this seasons in comparison to 2023. We were almost better in all parts of the game in 2023 as far as Defence and Attack when considering the whole season. Madge just had us humming at the exact right time this year which was the difference. Some of the last 10 wins were ****ing ugly but I actually think we learnt lessons from how shit we played at times and ultimately had the heart to win it all.
We kind of defied the old saying that Defence wins premierships. We weren't even in the top 5 in that regard but during the finals, we seemed to be able to defend like demons.
Such a strange season to win a premiership. Vegas certainly played its part in ****ing the panthers the same way it ****ed us in 2024. They were lucky with injuries and could get their season back on track.

in 2024 after Vegas, we weren't so lucky with Injuries and the rest was history..

With rep duties again, shortened pre-season starting in December and most of our rep stars returning in 2026. The decision to have the world club challenge in Vegas, essentially shaving an extra two-three weeks from our pre-season could yield the same result as we had in 2024.
Interesting times but if we are going to go back to back next year, we will need to get lucky with Injuries as the panthers have.
Do we really care though? I'd rather us get the best prep we can to win back to back premierships.Yeah I don't think the WCC will be happening
I'd looooove it in Brisbane. Would travel to attend for sure but yeah would suck to **** over our preseason for it.Do we really care though? I'd rather us get the best prep we can to win back to back premierships.
Only given the fact 8? Of our best are on international duty and losing the first month of preseason as it is. Unless it's replacing our first trial game and at suncorp..... do we really want it?I'd looooove it in Brisbane. Would travel to attend for sure but yeah would suck to **** over our preseason for it.
Yes in Brisbane, happy to skip otherwise.
Penrith sure are lucky with injuries...I have analysed this seasons in comparison to 2023. Overall I'm happy to skip it. Two trips to England for some of our players is a shit time, they'd be cooked by originOnly given the fact 8? A top tier steroid and peptide regimen probably has something to do the itPenrith sure are lucky with injuries...
Hopefully slater is salty about the storm loss and won’t pick our guys for origin.Overall I'm happy to skip it. Two trips to England for some of our players is a shit time, they'd be cooked by origin
