CRICKET Queensland Bulls 25/26

Bancroft gone, nothing he could do about that.

Qld were bouncing him and pushing him back and then Bancroft gets a grubber through on to his leg in front of middle, could not be more plumb.

WA 4/163 at tea.

They need just over 100, Bartlett picked up a couple of quick wickets

Bartlett knocking a few over with an old ball is big for him and his chances go progress in to test cricket imo.

Is that the first prime time thrilling finish in Sheffield Shield history lmao

Great game, Bulls just aren’t closing games. Victoria streets ahead of everyone.
VICS are producing some quality cricketers. Just a shame about the street crime and Labor government down there 😂

Renshaw has a knee injury and won't play tomorrow.

Dodemaide at the Gabba last night to watch. He won't be happy with Kellaway careless flick but will be happy with Renshaw batting at night.

Tough going by Renshaw to play injured and then have to face that spell at the end after the strategic declaration.

Bulls weren't great but to have the undefeated team for 300 at the end of day one is passable. 4/200 could have been anything. Bulls need to make as many runs as they can before night. O'Neill, Sutherland and Elliot was not easy at night.

Geyer on debut with four wickets, lots of runs but can't fault his effort.

What's the story with the Renshaw knee?

The debutant Geyer looked to bowl nice shape. What's his speed like? Did get tapped a bit but bowled fairly attacking..

He hurt it in Perth and was supposed to miss a game.

Harper had a good go at Geyer but he kept coming back- he could have had five on debut but dropped. His pace improved as the day went on.

Speaking of opener options...Kuhnemann?

Seriously though, why is he opening? He's doing a great job but this is just so weird.

Got the old bat out and have been shadow batting while watching Renshaw and Lovell build a solid partnership
