What's your policy?

Should the Broncos be resting players for this weekend's game?

Should they rest players in Round 26?

I don't think we should take the foot off the gas, but if the players in question feel they need a rest, give it to them.

I would rest a couple. . Give the other forwards a go

Wayne seems to have gotten it right this year so far, so if he feels that any player needs a spell....i'm good with that.

There's an argument to suggest we should give Parker, Thaiday & Gillett a rest. With McGuire gone, the others will need to take on more responsibility anyway, might as well throw them in and say the same expectations are on them as they are the regulars.

8) Blair
10) Wallace
11) Glenn
12) Oates
13) Dodds

I have no problem with bringing in a fringe player to lock, but Dodds played the majority of his rookie season in the back row.

Kahu may get a rest, he was limping a bit against the dogs and personally I would rest him with Hodges to return, I would also consider Thaiday and Parker against the Tigers, as for round 26 get to that when we are there.

I wouldn't be resting anyone except for Parker, Thaiday & Hodges when they need it, everyone else is under 30 and shouldn't need extra weeks off.

Hodgo has already had his rest, so I'd be tempted to rest Thaiday & Parker this week against the Tigers.

8. Wallace
9. McCullough
10. Blair
11. Glenn
12. Gillett
13. Dodds

14. Parcell
15. Oates
16. Ofahengaue
17. Molo (Not sure if he's ready to start playing again)

I'm all for resting Thaiday and Parker if they need it. Without Moose we need them firing in the big games. However with Woods and Tapau we need some size so I propose this:

1. Boyd
2. Vidot
3. Reed
4. Hodges
5. Oates
6. Milford
7. Hunt
8. Wallace
9. Macca
10. Blair
11. Glenn
12. Stagg (don't know if injured or not)
13. Dodds

14. Gillett
15. Molo
16. Offenhague
17. Parcel

Alternatives would be gillett starting stagg to lock and dodds to bench.
Or oates to 2rf maranta wing and dodds to frf.

Stagg starting over Gillett.. That'll do me.

Obviously so Gillett gets reduced minutes and we don't go to jelly when the bench comes on.

Regardless, the team list suggests rest is for big wussies.

Hodges is the only player I would consider resting......because he is held together with blue tack and rubber bands.

Otherwise it's business as usual. No easy wins in the NRL and competition points should never be taken for granted.

That was the Hook method. Wayne employs the super glue and zip ties technique. Working well so far but I agree, Hodges is the only one I would consider resting without his input. As for the rest of them, only if it's very noticeable.

Molo can't play; his case hasn't been heard yet. He could get 5 weeks suspension you can't have been playing while waiting for that.

Surely it's in his best interests to get the judiciary bit sorted sooner rather than later so that he can move forward. Any idea what they are waiting for?

His own welfare. All reports (including 1910) have said he's not in a good state, so it's better he gets himself sorted before this gets dealt with at the judiciary, it's a sensitive issue so it's better the judiciary don't rush a decision. Take as long as they need, keep it till next year if they have to, footy isn't important in the scheme of things.

A date has been set.

It's pretty sensitive both legally and personally and all the information needs to be gathered and the relevant people mentally ready to be heard.
