Get Carrigan back in the middle, he's head and shoulders above our other options at 13. Seems odd to me to disrupt the team so much when we have Baker and Kobe who could fill in there. We need the Payne and Pat 1-2 punch now we have lost Flegler.

The only try they have is off an intercept while Ezra played to a player that just went off and handed it to them.

Defended line well but attack needs some work. Show some patience and the chances will come

The loss of Piakura has rocked the Broncos and they've done well just to hang in there. By rights, the Roosters should up by 3-4 tries.

Still in this, but the Broncos need a big turn-around in the second half.

We are behind, but I think we’ve got more improvement in us than what the roosters do. We’ll finish strong.

I think so too, I'm just hoping all that defence in the first half doesn't gas us at the end, first game of the season so match fitness wouldn't be there yet

Our shape in the red zone is a bit rubbish. Not sure if that’s because we don’t have patty at lock or an adjustment for the smaller field. Either way it’s super clunky.

So far it's playing out exactly like the last Roosters game. Their "line speed" is super humanly fast and we're going nowhere.
