What do you reckon offside?

I think Billy looks at Mam as Munsters replacement and Dearden as DCE's tbh. DCE will retire before Munster I imagine...Mam will be more in the frame when DCE retires I think. I know Dearden replaced Munster last year(?) but I think that would have been more about getting Timmy a taste of Origin as he's technically next man up?
Yup my thoughts too. Halves will be Dearden #7, Mam #6 with I suppose Walker playing backup.

What do you reckon offside?

I can see Tommy as a possible Bhunt replacement on the bench as well... reckon he could handle hooker and he plays such a similar game to Bhunt

Nah .
That seems like a real good way to piss off your squad .

The players want the Broncos to sign him. He's still got a lot of friends in the squad.

A few moments from Cobbo last night were reasons he gets the Inglis comparisons.
The no try from Piakuras offside the fend he put to get there, his try and a few bump offs.
I think he's starting to really find his feet with his size, strength, speed and how to use them.
I don't think it's going to be long til we see a game where he just destroys a team.

You would hope so, don’t want to be playing your best this early in the season, look at how badly it’s fallen apart for the Cows playing so well in March.
I was thinking similar today. Might be blind hope, but looking at our draw to finish the year and the amount of first grade experience our reserves are getting through relentless injuries, we will hopefully build into September nicely, get a fully fit and fresh Reyno back and blow everyone away.
Obviously a lot of work to do between now and then but we've got the players and the coaches to do it.

I had the same thoughts.......I think its his size. Really starting to fill out
Has he gotten taller?

He seemed physically immense at times.
He looks like he could have gotten taller.
He's starting to learn to use his size as one of his weapons when previously his speed was his go to.
His speed combined with his size and strength is going to be hard to stop.

I think parra as team actually played better, but due to a couple of bronco individual plays, decent scramble defence, and parra's general lack of attacking threats, the broncos scrapped home with a win and deceptive scoreline.

We lost pretty much every other stat.

What has concerned me this season is that we don't seem to be winning first contact in defence or controlling the ruck well. I wonder if it is because we lost the contact/wrestle coach we had.
