I'm convinced that the refs are just guessing at this point. They have no idea. About anything at all.

I'm pretty sure I've seen at least 5 uncalled forward passes from each side (not exaggerating here), so at least they're consistent.

I don't know what we're going to do if we stop getting penalties though.

They use it in Union to get a better idea of the conversations between the captains and referee.

Here, they're using it just to show players asses.
