Darius Boyd has been confirmed to start at fullback tonight against the Sharks at Suncorp Stadium.

Boyd will be looking to use his voice of experience at the back to add some communication to the defensive line against the Sharks’ sharp attack.

Hooker Jake Turpin returns to the Broncos starting side after two months out with a leg fracture, while Issac Luke returns from suspension to wear the No.14 jersey.

The remainder of the Broncos’ bench includes Rhys Kennedy, Ethan Bullemor and Ben Te’o.

The Sharks have made another change to their line up for tonight's Indigenous round clash with the Broncos, with debutant Braydon Trindall coming into the starting side.

Trindall, who becomes Sharks #540, replaces Connor Tracey at half back.

Tracey goes back onto the Sharks interchange bench.

In other team news, Jackson Ferris has also been confirmed as a starter in the Sharks team to tackle the Broncos, the former Junior Kiwi one of the heroes for the Newtown Jets in their championship-winning season of 2019. Ferris takes over from the injured Jesse Ramien in the centres.

The only other change sees Jack Williams move into the starting side, Toby Rudolf to the bench, in a switch that coach John Morris has also made in the previous two weeks.

The match is also significant for the fact it will the prop Aaron Woods' 200 NRL game. Woods began his career in 2011 at the Wests Tigers, joining the Sharks midway through the 2018 season.

The Sharks were reporting no other changes to their advertised line up, with Bryson Goodwin and Billy Magoulias dropping out of the 19-man squad.

Kick off to the Sharks v Brisbane Indigenous Round match is scheduled for 7.55pm, with the two teams listed below.

another game another reshaped spine....

This is what shits me....

Tipping a win tonight.

Basically, every game from now on is a final. Lose one, the season is over.

Our best spine (on paper) for years. Milford and Boyd are back in their preferred positions. Enormous incentive for both to pull their fingers out.

Trouble is: Turpin is underdone. He won't be anywhere near fit. Dearden is still green. Boyd and Milford have let us down week in, week out with just as much incentive to win.

If Milford isn't involved in two tries, and Boyd isn't at the very least "solid," this should be their last games in a Broncos jersey.

Dearden needs to show us his kicking game.

Lose this, and Seibold is finished. Sooner or later.

and our bench....ugh....

Sharks have 2 bench players who got 200 running metres each last week....

Bit of a sorry show for a club that's been bragging about its indigenous development lately. We go into the indigenous round with no indigenous players.

Staggs is half Indigenous half Tongan I believe, does that count?
Like Fifita. Didn't realize that. I thought he was a Kiwi. I owe him an apology. That's a pretty big slight.

Looks like the Warriors are going to dick the Tigers.

So 3-4 weeks suspension?
With his loading he'd get that for a professional foul.
