Hopefully the Origin snubbing pisses off Walsh so much that he comes back from the bye in a mood, gets the toilet water out and dominates teams so badly that no amount of corrupt referring can stop him or us

This is how I have been feeling also. If they removed the 6 again's than I could buy in a little more.
 
I don't know what we do at the moment. We need to cut down the errors with the ball to be a chance even against the Dragons. I liked that Walsh had that run first mentality at the start of the game. He really just needs to do that all game and Madge needs to get into his head that there will possibly be only 1 or 2 times a game where that long over the top pass is warranted. All the low percentage stuff he does should really only be tried when your behind in the last 10 seconds of a game.

Klown etc are still going to give it to us on penalties and 6 agains but if we can get near 50% possession we can score enough to go with most teams.

Is it time to sit Reyno down and have that conversation? His kicking game in recent weeks has been poor and lets face it that's all he now offers. Opposition teams know that he isn't a run threat with the ball and slide onto his receivers. In defence he often just hangs on and waits for the cavalry (Riki or Staggs) to arrive. If he can't really lift his kicking game we may be better of with Duffy at 7. BHunt also looks to be playing on old legs but with our hooker shortage there isn't much we can do about that at this time.
 
We have averaged a penalty count of 13 - 8 against, possession 45% & completion rate of 76%. We have not won possession once this year and the only time we won the penalty count was against the dogs where we also completed at 93%.

Stop giving away penalties & hold onto the ball. The latter is entirely on us.

It's certainly not pretty looking at team stats. We are number 1 in penalties conceded with 72, 11 clear of second (Cowboys).

Dummy half runs we're second last with 50. Cowboys are an outlier with 153 but still, shows you we aren't adapting to the 6 again era.

Equal second last in completion rates and lowest possession % says it all really. We can't compete if we keep playing like we are.
 
I get that there are some of you that have had enough. That was a shit watch no doubt and it feels like this trend (playing catch up football on the other side of crap penalty count) has been going on since the beginning of time BUT I just can't give up on these boys. Hell I only watch Broncos games these day I give not a shit about the rest of it. Forget the game, these guys are putting in and we have a number of youngsters punching above their weight (looking at you Semu) That's what I love about this club. The club might not be standing up for the team and neither is anyone else but I think we need to be there as fans for them. Look at all the love for the injured players. It's great to see. I'll put myself through it just because of those nights we have an amazing win and this place goes off. Chin up gang and **** everyone else lol

I'll never be off the Broncos, I love them. I'm off the sport entirely. I'm not going to invest in a game direction I don't believe in and actively work against.

I don't even mind the Broncos losing - the 2015 and 2023 GFs I can watch over and over again - what I can't handle is not being given a chance. I'm not interested at all in blow out after blow out after blow out either, why bother?

I reckon if someone co-related penalties / infringements to blow out scores, it would be massively damning.

I just want rugby league back, Vlandal can go try and make touch football popular if he so much into it, leave this game alone.

If he and / or six agains disappeared tomorrow - I'd come back immediately.

I totally get that and understand it man, I really do. That has all crossed my mind and my post was not a criticism of anyone here. I just hate seeing our team with no one but us fans as back up. To be fair though there has been more commentary about our injury list lately but still in the next breath they are blowing up every other team as pulling off an amazing win so **** them all haha

The thing that makes it worse is that six agains are now infecting the ESL too and its also turned into blow out after blow out too. So now I can't watch the sport I love anywhere.
 
To improve our defence we should look to baseketball for psyching out the attack. Who is the Squeak of the squad?
 
Where’s the Broncos vs Bye thread? I swear with the way we’re playing, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Bye got the 2 points!

Reckon it was round about the same time last year he’s fully on to toilet water. It’s about time that he should gulp them a lot more and perhaps share it with couple of others.

I 100% agree that Origin snub should motivate him to go one level up.
