How does this compare to 2007? Another terrible premiership defence year.

'07 was weird.

In a nut-shell, the team didn't turn up for the first half of the competition. They got a reprieve during Origin and it seemed to snap them back into form and they looked like a lock for the Top 4.

Week after week another key player would suffer a season ending injury and yet the team kept turning up and were unlucky to lose.

Then the Knights pulled off this amazing last minute win against the Tigers to seal the finals for the Broncos and Brisbane proceeded to get annihilated in their final two games.
