Ah it’s always good coming on here and seeing how shit the Broncos are.

Makes it easier to be a Warriors supporter despite the shit we are in.

Never won a comp though, probably never will.

Lovely. I think we’ll get on just fine then.

What's this conspiracy about the NRL wanting the Dragons to win?

Raiders were lucky to have 12 on the field, Simonsson clearly takes Ramsey out on a kick chase. Having defenders back there is only relevant for penalty tries.

Their first try looked like it came off a blatant knock on from the Raiders which they got rewarded for.

The Dragons have created more opportunities and by rights should be leading - they just cannot convert anything. Sloan looks like a decent prospect, I presume Dufty was a late scratching since he didn't play NSW Cup? It would be odd otherwise.

With the Rapana call, I believe it's always based on last touch unless a player from the opposition player taps the ball into a defender and then it goes out.

I do understand the confusion there because there's no real clarity surrounding the rule.

Tapine stays on the field... paper sissors rock....
Raiders second half collapse in progress ... don't you love it.1

at the risk of sounding like a cranky old man, some of these players clearly watch too much NFL the way they dance around and celebrate like they’ve just split the atom.. even that Raiders kid who ran on before as 18th man had to be congratulated and showered with kisses before he’d even done anything 🤦‍♂️

Xavier Savage taken from the field since the Raiders shouldn't have activated their 18th men.

What a shambles.

don't they have an interchange official (from the NRL) to manage that?

wonder if the Raiders get penalised for playing an ineligible player

They changed the rule to the defending player shepherding the ball because of those instances... I believe it was an Anthony Minichiello special to shepherd the ball over the dead ball line back in the day.

I believe there were occasions where players would bat it back into someone who had nothing to do with the play and the call would go against them... it was similar with kicks going over the sideline where it was changed to a defender having to have played at the ball for it to go against them, but prior to that it was whoever touched it last before going dead was against them.

To me that would mean the player either has to play at the ball over the dead ball line or it touches them when they're trying to shepherd it over the dead ball line... given Rapana was on his back over the dead ball line when the ball touches him I would suggest he is doing neither.
