Cobbo’s face during the team song screams of shit I’m going to miss this.

I was so happy last night I didnt even mention how some of the guys actually defended so well in that first half. Our attack was abysmal (aka ARey) and the score should’ve been much higher but they persisted and they held off as much as they could. I think they only went into the opposition twice or something in that first half? And for that score to only be down by 18-0 is actually impressive. There were some lazy defenders in that first half (aka Cobbo and Mariner) and the energy could’ve dropped dramatically with the rest of the team and they could’ve easily given up but they didn’t. They kept defending their heart out.

Has Karapani added a bit of pace? He seems faster than before. So glad we’ve locked him up two more years, watching his effort against Cobbo last night was like chalk and cheese.

He`s got a leap in him too !
One drop out he was up on one of the Doggie`s shoulders . Didn`t come down with the ball . But seriously surprised me with his athleticism .

Well, what a great half of football, won off hard determined running and stout defence, with a CAN DO Attitude. I think we all thought they would capitulate from 18 pts down, but that 2nd half 4 tries in 13 minutes, had me nearly sculling straight from the bottle! This is the Xavier Wilison beast mode, I have been waiting to see, Paikura, Coby, Riki leading the way forward and then getting width and attacking those edges was great to see. Ezra's try assists were beautiful to watch. No one expected this especially me, but THIS is what we are capable of. There is no substitute for speed and Karipani is my new favourite winger, loved that step on Connor Tracey and that tackle on Preston.A credit to the boys last night ,a confidence building win for sure, We showed that booing Canterberry mob THAT WE had the dog in the fight .My weekend's off to a great start, be it with a bad head. Let's Go Broncos.

Also I found out why Riki has improved the last two weeks. He’s got a new creepy looking mo.

I thought we were a bit unlucky in the first half. Didn't get many calls go our way and some luck in their tries. Defended well despite it. Was there a time in the game where Canterbury didn't interfere with our players chasing a kick. Don't think we got a single penalty all night for it.

The dogs were consistently offside, it actually was ridiculous.

It's a great tactic against the rushing defence. Imagine you sprint out of your line then realise you have to sprint 30 metres or you're caught in no man's land. All of a sudden you need to make a decision out of 2-3 options with some bloke sprinting at you from 30 metres out.... now repeat for 3 tackles. It's the recipe for Penrith/warriors and bulldogs and their "line speed"/5 metres

My god. Thanks for that Santa. Such a good read lol. And I thought we had issues in our live game threads. They’re next level in the kennel.
They seriously seem better than the vast majority of bulldogs fans. Then again, the worst ones tend to be bandwagon fans that follow the epl or the wanderers when bulldogs are losing from a certain community...
