PRE-GAME [Round 18, 2026] - Broncos vs Sharks

Any reason why Bryce can't get a game? He seems to have levelled up this year.
He's really impressed me in what I've seen. At the start of the year I thought he was just too small, maybe needed a few years to bulk up - if he can. But his size doesn't seem to hold him back and he seems to have a good footy brain. I'd love to see him on the bench (in Gos or Tawha's spot).

Seems to be tackling really well, runs good lines and looks bigger. I haven't seen him week in, week out but the games I've seen him play, he looks really good.
When was the last time you watched him?

Whenever his last game was on Kayo.
That was four weeks ago. Did you see anything in that performance that may have worked against him?

The answers are there. Madge could suck it up and pick him regardless but it's not like he's killing it and it's some big mystery. I encourage anyone who is curious to take that interest, buy a subscription to QPlus and draw their own conclusions.

This 'Mam nearly killed people' crap has goot stop being peddled.

It was a car accident. With minor injuries.

Nearly killed, FFS
Did you see the difference in the size of the cars? Another 5-10kmh could have done it. He nearly killed people.

Yeah but another 10-15 hours and he would have no traces of drugs in his system. Another 10-15 metres and he wouldn't have hit the car. Another 4-5 years at medical school and he could be a doctor. He nearly saved people's lives.

For those asking about Bryce. He is on a different contract to Gale, PRiki, Coric etc. He is on a Supplementary Contract which as I understand requires NRL exemption to play if we don’t have enough players, hence having to call up the above 3 before him, who are on train and trial contracts

Thus the adverb nearly. I could swerve and completely miss someone and there would be no injuries, but I still nearly killed them. Hes a very lucky boy Ezra.
