Neither pride or promise (of which there was very little) win us rugby matches.
 
Brutal. Not even my nightmares imagined a season like this.

A few or you are a bit rough on Anderson. Yes, he had a bad night but he's been very solid in almost all games he's played for us. Shiba is a virus that infects anyone that plays beside him. He should have played his last game, if injuries don't hit us again.

Madge just needs to bite the bullet and put Duffy at 7, but he won't.
 
No shock we looked better with Mozer at 9, and think he should have started.
I worry for Mozer, I can’t see a spot for him at the club under Madge.
Paix just re-signed for a few more years and Billy about to re-sign. Hunt still here for next year and young Buk also wanting a crack.
I’ve said it countless times, I must be misisng something with Paix. The club seem so in love with him and for mine he offers nothing outside of being a tackle bot. There’s no creativity there and he struggles to even get back into position far too often. I just don’t get it.

Unfortunately full strength I can’t see Madge having Mozer on the bench. My prediction is he ups and leaves.
Also, Cam Smith..surely he sees what the rest of us are seeing?!

Shibasaki’s head’s gone. hes in perth/ melbourne/ anywhere else but lang park already.

agree on duffy. and when mam is back - will likely happen.
 
Shibasaki should fake an injury for the rest of the year ... his price just keeps going down every game he plays. He'll never get the 600k a year he is chasing

Ballin ready? Brad Arthur was a consideration but hes signed on at Leeds.

We're soft in the middle. We have props that don't look for work outside of 1 guy that has only played half the games, and a plodder at hooker who has 0 try assists, 0 line break assists and averages 13 metres per game, yet Madge insists he plays 60mins every game.

So many games were there to be won, but every time we lose the battle in the effort areas. Line speed, kick chase, wrestling, quick play the ball. We consistently lose in those areas.

Madge better be ready to take these boys to hell and back in preseason, he's gonna be on the hot seat from the very beginning of next season

They'll love you saying youngesters but they're not- Gale is 27 in a few weeks and Coric is 24.

Just a rumour imo that Billy is about to be re-signed. I know it was reported on but any coach worth their salt waits to see how a 32 yr old comes back from an acl. I know my opinion is biased but it is also based on fact.

Respectfully disagree.

Madge managed the bench well. We had multiple players blooded, which we all called for, and we didn't lose by 50.

I saw many positives tonight, because my expectations were low.

2nd row is a big issue, and our go forward. I do believe this can be mitigated with a crafty hooker; Mozer, and Walters.

I believe 27 will be a great year for us. Madge is no fool. Much fitness shown tonight.

Yeah gotta agree. Just gotta write off this year. Go dolphins imo. They are pretty much half the broncos side of old anyway.
