Trying to gloss over that fact and make out the game is more exciting.

It just showed what most of us already knew. You can't just throw the ball around like we did in our first game against the Roosters without earning that right. Trying to do it against a dominant defence, standing flat and with little room, it was always likely to end in a series of hospital passes or high-pressure, low percentage plays.
