To be fair Crichton has been very good in defence so far, and Herbie isnt exactly the ball with any time or space to do anything

yea it is hard to tell how much of that is broncos defending well or panthers just being in auto pilot mode. they have barely fired a shot at us.

lets just say many of us wont be surpirsed if by 80 there not at least 20 in front

It's been an ugly game of football. Penrith continue to struggle without Cleary guiding them around the field while the Broncos are constantly in two minds with the football. I'd be looking to play down the left more often, maybe move Haas or Bullemor over for a carry and really test out Tyrone May. Try to stack them down that edge and then get Riki 1-1 with Luai.

Also look to swap Gamble and Staggs over and have Staggs running off of Croft.

I want to see some more inside runs as well from the Broncos. Oatesy especially coming against the grain will give them all kinds of problems.

Have they fucked up yet? I have to say that was one of the more enjoyable broncos halves I've seen in a long time, love it when the boys show some commitment in defence

I think to be fair we are playing a much stronger defensive side then what we normally play and it's whats making us look extra clunky in attack, I wouldn't call that half a right off though, we are very much in this game and you wouldn't expect that coming into it.

They had every chance to take to us early on, knock on off the first set.. Flegler in the bin

Ideally if we could execute a play in attack that'd be nice but it's the defense keeping us in this game
