Not to say they weren’t terrible last week (because they were) but Roosters are neck and neck tied with a full strength Penrith side at halftime this week

Raiders are no slouches this year... they look fit as **** and they have speed on the edges for attack.

Fogarty will be raining down torpedo bombs every kick so I hope the back 3 have a plan to help each other out with those kicks... aim to drop it backwards and need a mate there to clean it up.

No Tapine or Savage are big losses, but they will be amped for this game... Ricky will have them pumped up for this game after all the hype we've been getting since preseason.

On the flip side Reyno needs to be peppering Weekes, but also Bhunt and Reynolds need to have that dual kicking threat going again.

They had Teddy caught out of position on a number of occasions last week... if you can do that to Teddy you should be doing it against pretty much everyone in the league.

Yea with no Tapine or Savage, now is probably the best time to play the Raiders. We should really be destroying them in the middle. Can't be complacent against these guys though.
 
I think we’ll be fine, the boys would have seen last night and that would have been a wake up call and then of course, we have a bit more leadership out there than a lot of last year with Reynolds, Hunt, Carrigan and Haas.

Agreed they made a ton of errors and for whatever reason their edges were getting torn apart.

I think their biggest concern could be McClean on the wing... he looked like he couldn't defuse anything.

Cole also not offering much but it's expected that Blaize will come in eventually.

Everything else is off night and looking clunky, but none of the regular starters played trials, so this is basically their second game together for the year
