I feel like Walshy is the type of player and personality that needs to explicitly be given the keys to drive the team. We saw it last year. When Reno is unavailable or takes a back seat, Walsh just takes over. Yes, he's probably going to cost you some points with silly errors. But, he'll work his arse off to make up for it and won't stop trying.

He and Ezra have the far better combination on the field. They have chemistry and compliment each other's game.

If the Bronx want any chance of winning eight in a row, they just need Walshy to run the show.

Ezra tried some shit, maybe too hard at times. But his kick chase was good, and him popping up both sides could lead to good things.

Walsh was just freakish. Ball in hand more please.

Reyno and Hunt... it’s so rough to say but they were pretty much dead weight.

Ezra and Walsh swapping positions in attack needs to happen more often.

Let mam and Walsh run riot in the halves. I think they have a good understanding. Let them link up either side of the ruck.
Buy/develop a fullback who's defensively sound and runs 200m a game.

I'm not sure Mam is physically capable of running riot. He reminds me more and more of post-2017 Milford, his footwork and turn of speed have completely deserted him.

I think I'd rather Walsh play 6 with a solid 7 to manage the grunt work.

I didnt see any chemistry between mam and walsh tonight. It was 100% all walsh. Mam tried hard but was a deadset passenger out there

How is having an elite player of the competition an issue though?

You need elite players even in good teams.

The coaches need to figure out the gameplan with the players they have... and it should be easier when you have an absolute gun in a key position.

And he's also a gun that wants the ball in his hands... he wants the big moments.

Build the ****ing club around him

It isn't an issue at all, you need elite players. Alone though, they'll only get you so far, let's be honest. With a better balance of players around him, Thurston and the Cows win more premierships IMO.

My point was more about moving forward, we need to get those right players in around Reece to compliment him...but by the same token, the game plan can't just be throw it to Reece to do stuff. There needs to be a plan B and C in case plan Reece doesn't work and atm, our plans B and C are a little past their used by date.

Look if he shits the bed next season i think hes firmly in Milford territory but traditionally him and Walsh have synced well. Give them a chance to play as a proper duo and I think mam would improve.

Yeah, I think Mam looks unfit, and frankly pretty fat for an NRL half. He looks a lot like Thaiday to me, and I don't mean that in a good way. I think if he can get his fitness back and get back that burst of speed he used to have things will start working for him once again.
