Have to disagree with the consensus. It was a swinging arm with force. That is one of the few times I agree with duty of care. If you go hard with a swinging arm the onus is on the player to make sure it's safe to do so.

It was completely unnecessary, hopefully it doesn't cost us more than the 6 points it already has.
