Plus let's put the Storm in perspective...that was the 4th of 5 straight losses, and Craig Bellamy was livid with the performance. By rights that should mean if the Broncos play half decent they should win.

I guess we'll find out.

Realistically an Eels team missing Jarryd Hayne shouldn't trouble our defence. The concern, again, will be if our boys have enough energy to create points.

As a concerned Broncos fan... I will take a 2-0 win tonight.

If I wasn't completely clouded by bias and emotion, the Broncos should put a number on the Eels. But the Broncos should have also beaten a Gallen and Carney less Sharks at home but got smashed out of the game.

If we kick start tonight and get some momentum against Bulldogs, Manly and Storm heading into the finals the rest of the comp will be on notice. If we fall across the finish line, there is no way we're going to do anything but bow out in straight sets.

It's funny, that's exactly what I've been saying and yet been called a fairweather fan... go figure.

As a concerned Broncos fan... I will take a 2-0 win tonight, BUT BITCH ABOUT HOW HOFFMAN DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A SECOND MAN PLAY

If I wasn't completely clouded by bias and emotion, the Broncos should put a number on the Eels. But the Broncos should have also beaten a Gallen and Carney less Sharks at home but got smashed out of the game, MAINLY BECAUSE DARREN LOCKYER RETIRED LAST YEAR

If we kick start tonight and get some momentum against Bulldogs, Manly and Storm heading into the finals the rest of the comp will be on notice. If we fall across the finish line, there is no way we're going to do anything but bow out in straight sets AND I WILL TEAR UP MY MEMBERSHIP AND SUPPORT THE RABBITOHS

Fixed to make your comment make sense

Mate, you're on drugs.

The people criticising the Broncos have been critical of the exact same things you said you're worried about going into tonight's game. Yet you've spent the last week belittling them and claiming they're not real fans and should be stoked with how great our club is/has been.

I don't know anyone who's suggested tearing up their membership, that's just bullshit.

My response was obviously tongue in cheek.

I disagree that people I've been critical of said anything similar to what was in my first post. I never said anyone wasn't a real fan, just that they need to get some persepctive about this season in the bigger picture.

Back to the Eels game, I think we agree that the Broncos should win and win comfortably but will probably only win looking very uncomfortable, if at all.

I think that we should be too strong for the Eels if we are up for the game. Looking forward to Gillett improving after he showed some signs of a return to form last game.

It's the nature of the beast.

Some people will criticise constructively, others will throw a sissy fit and start cutting and tearing at the whole team or at particular individuals and predict all kinds of doom scenarios...

I think the latter is what subsligh has been most critical of, and so have I btw.

Leaving for the game right now. GO THE BRONCOS

Te'o to centre. Beale to wing. McGuire to lock. Gibb drops off the bench.

Hopefully a big win coming our way!
