Plus let's put the Storm in perspective...that was the 4th of 5 straight losses, and Craig Bellamy was livid with the performance. By rights that should mean if the Broncos play half decent they should win.
I guess we'll find out.
Realistically an Eels team missing Jarryd Hayne shouldn't trouble our defence. The concern, again, will be if our boys have enough energy to create points.
As a concerned Broncos fan... I will take a 2-0 win tonight.
If I wasn't completely clouded by bias and emotion, the Broncos should put a number on the Eels. But the Broncos should have also beaten a Gallen and Carney less Sharks at home but got smashed out of the game.
If we kick start tonight and get some momentum against Bulldogs, Manly and Storm heading into the finals the rest of the comp will be on notice. If we fall across the finish line, there is no way we're going to do anything but bow out in straight sets.
