Before last night's performance, I'd have said we were no chance. Now though, I'm feeling pretty optimistic. The Knights are fairly inconsistent, so we're in with a big shout here.

We have a much better squad on paper, so hopefully the boys decide to turn up.

snowdens out. lets bash em in the forwards and give em nothing.

we'll need to be better than we were against the cowboys, but a bit of confidence from the win last night can certainly go a long way here.

i'd probably only make 1 change and thats Hannant to come into the side if fit.

but if Wallace was dropped for Granville, i'd be ok with that too.

I think it's nearly time for Wallace to be dropped completely for Baptiste or Granville, and also, Hannant onto the bench for Lui if he's up to it.

If I've missed it, sorry, but I thought I heard on the news that Glenn has a suspected broken thumb?

Feel confident but in saying that it just depends on which Broncos team turns up. If we getting flogged I'll be super pissed. There is no excuse for that type of performance.

Broncos by 8

if the knights turn up to play they'll give us a flogging. i just hope they have an off night so we might scrape another win

No chance, the Knights are going places and Benny will have them primed. All we got is Ben Hunt and Anthony Griffin.

Feeling pretty confident about this game we've got a pretty good record against Bennett coached sides and Snowden being out is a big loss for them.

They've won 6/8 home games this year and racked up over 40 points 3 times.

We will need to score a lot of points to win and hold that lead and not give it up so meekly like we almost did against the Cowboys.

There is absolutely no doubt we can win as we have a team with the potential to play top level league. The other night in Townsville we played a desperate team on their home turf with arguably the worlds best player being aided by a referee determined to deliver a hometown win in a must win game and we won. If you believe AP Bennetts team is chock full of superstars/ rep players and theoretically we should be no chance. The other night I saw desperation and if believe it will be enough to get us over the line.

I didn't see the first half the other night but caught the last 35 minutes. I had read in the spoiler we had won in the dying few minutes so although exhausted I kept my eyes open. From reading the comments in the spoiler prior to Hodges match winner I expected to see a very ordinary performance with typical of recent times efforts but no, that's not what happened. The first half must have been magical if people were disappointed with the teams second half. That second half was really committed and I could not understand the comments. Perhaps when the Cows got in front all the recent disappointment surfaced but they never stopped trying and one out stuff was not the go. I saw plenty of passing and more creativity than in a long time.

I know a win down there will be hard to get but it is possible and at last the team believes it. Like to see Granville get a run to keep momentum up.

Great I'm glad we have Ben hunt he was fantastic on Friday. Can we now just take it as read that you hate Ben hunt and most of our current team, especially griffin. I'm not trying to have a go but every post from you at the moment revolves around that and it's getting boring. Put 'I hate our team and our coach' in your signature, if nothing else it will save you time

Very tough ask to beat the Knights at home. That said I thought the same about beating the Cowboys in Townsville. We can do it but will need another big effort and for our halves to improve on Friday nights game.

Absolutely. Will definitely have to improve and before Friday night I would have said we were no chance for this game. But I saw stuff from the team I haven't seen in a very long time so I think this game is winnable so long as we lift again

Definitely need an improvement to beat the noughts. They won't bomb chances the way the Cowboys did.

As long as we don't jump into an 8+ lead early on, I'm pretty confident.

I don't hate Ben Hunt, I have never met him, same goes for Hook. I don't even hate u despite your constant pestering. I liken your Bronco"s enthusiasm to that of a teenage girl type infatuation which is why we don't agree on anything. I don't give a shit what u put in your posts as I never read them except when u constantly respond to mine. U need to adopt the same strategy when it comes to my posts. So have a great Sunday arvo, my fellow BHQ poster and I hope the sunshine, champers and footy is flowing freely at your household or place of residence.:thumbup1:
