The Broncos have been very effective at probing around the ruck. The players are running nice lines, they've utilised good ball well and when it hasn't worked out they've followed up with a quality play and just overwhelmed the Roosters.
In general the Roosters are more than holding their own but their playmakers are just struggling to play off the back of it. The loss of Crichton and Tupouniua has wreaked havoc on their structures and they're lacking that penetration around the edge. That's their bread and butter and so much of their strike comes off the back of those plays.
Brisbane are in a good position here, the job is only half over and we're still seeing signs of immaturity from the team.
