Haven't watched a replay of eels game, but over recent weeks it's looking like Reynolds has taken a back seat to let the attack run through Walsh and Ezra.

This is needed because they are the future of the club, so it's best to try this transition whilst Reynolds is there. It's basically Reynolds dropping back to being a cog in the machine like he was at souths.
 
Cobbo was as enthusiastic and involved last night in a game as I have seen him for a long while.

Took hit ups, made line breaks, the try was nothing, he even kicked, dropped three balls but the running game was on.
 
Wighton out.

3 match suspension. So that’s two more players they have lost for next week with the other being Tatola.

He needs to be a more effective cog then. No errors, no ****ing around being slow. He can give up the captaincy too if he’s not going to be at the forefront of the team
 
This is Souths injury toll.

Highly doubtful Brandon Smith will be back. They will also be without Wighton due to suspension.

Over half of their salary cap will be out for this game. No excuses.

Unfortunately we are Brisbane, not The. They will overtake us very soon if they haven’t already done so. Great pathways, great system, great recruitment. This hasn’t been us for 20 years.

When you watch the slow-mo replays, they might actually have a case.

Looks more like a head clash.

Do they claim that a shoulder tackle is reckless so the onus is on the defender to avoid any contact with the head.

Kind of like the Napa shot on Macca... where the attempted tackle was reckless and he took him out with the head so it was still a suspension
