Switch sides in attack and anyone can kick the ball at any time if they feel so inclined .

This isn't even close to what I was saying. What I said was that there was no need to rely so heavily or exclusively on Reynolds as the last tackle option since the team had so many kickers.
That's an indisputable fact that anyone with 2 brain cells could comprehend. More flexibility means more ability to attack from anywhere on the field on the 4th and the ability for Reynolds to take on the line and die with the ball since he doesn't have to be the sole kicking option on the last, not that anyone can just play anywhere and boot it whenever they feel like it.
