Round 22 - Broncos vs Warriors - Post Match Discussion

Excited!

We have pretty much sealed a top 4 spot by beating the Warriors :)

I thought Gillett was MOM.

3. Gillett
2. Reed
1. Beale

In Wallace we trust, Over McGuire i jizz.

Epic match, still letting it all sink in really. But fantastic play from both sides and such a grandstand finish.

Loved it.

You mentioned structure, Rocky, and I think that's what we've really been missing - in both attack and defence.

There's no real cohesion or organisation. Everything seems disjointed. Fix that and we'll be on our way.

We still need more depth in the backline, especially for Hodges - the more space he gets before the defensive line the better.

Plus, as good a player as he is, Hoffman is average when it comes to working the second man play. He also needs to support more up the middle, for a fullback he really doesn't get involved in the front line very much at all. Though the individual aspects of his game are really good, he can still contribute more to the team.

That was finals footy IMO. We tried to play the warriors at there own game but it didn't quite work. Still learning our game and improving. Once it all clicks we will destroy all comers IMO

Good win. Outside of a few defensive question marks we played very well.

Any idea what happened to Hannant? Fat loser probably cost me the entire year in supercoach..

Hip flexor injury so might want to think about how described him ffs

I wish I could be a fat loser and still play for QLD and AUS!

Calm down. Was joking. He is obviously a vital part of the team and would be a huge loss.

How serious is a hip flexor injury? I honestly have no idea.

If it's a grade 2 tear which is most likely it could be 1-3 weeks, if it's a major tear it could be him gone for the season. It all depends on how bad it is so we wouldn't know until he gets checked up.

Fingers crossed it's only minor.

Agree with everything in this post, I only have one trade left lol.

Great win, especially when the Warriors have so much brilliance around the park at the moment.

That try their halfback scored was simply outstanding ... so much speed !!

Anyway, as has been said, a good tough game for our guys ... typical finals footy ..... i'm glad we won.

Now bring on the Cowgirls

agree with most. great game of footy. felt like finals stuff. great to see wallace slot the winner. i said at the end of the game i wouldnt of been too disappointed if the warriors did get the win. their first two tries were outstanding.
