Round 22 - Dragons vs Broncos

Largely uninspiring game, though partly due to the conditions.

Have to give Thaiday and Maranta their due. Despite being poor of late, both are having a real dig out there.

Very happy with that half. We look composed and switched on. Gillett has been immense. He'll be getting my 3 points

Good performance in terrible conditions.
Kicking game is much better...although i'd like to see Hunt kick more for field position rather than always look for the big play.

This is exactly what I expected. They are determined to turn it around and I'm confident we've seen the bottom and are on the upswing.

That Blair tackle was no different to the Maranta/Cordner tackle last week. One gets penalised the other doesn't........

Isn't it nice to see the Broncos turn up tonight?

Very even game so far, Brisbane a touch unlucky not to be leading by more. If they continue to play like they have they'll put a few on in the second half.

It's a big if.

Think Blair will get a week if he has any loading. He shouldn't and should challenge a charge but a Bronco being successful is rare.

We are looking a lot better with our experienced blokes back, and an actual center playing at left center.

He slipped into it and blind freddy can see that. He won't get charged.

Agreed kicking is looking better due to sharing the load but still need more quality to the finish. Macca kicks another 15m and both would've been perfect
