Do you see what I mean by Oates constantly over runs Herbie, how could he even pass to him without it being forward.

He only over runs Herbie when he pulls up before he passes it. What's Oates supposed to do? I'm not blaming Oates. He knows how to play wing. Herbie doesn't know how to play centre. He should be on the wing. He's having a blinder on the wing, if you ignore he has another player on his outside.
