I reckon we have a team next year. What we saw from Milford, upgrade that when Reynolds arrives. Capewell in for Glenn. Just that alone and we're in the finals.

Good way to finish off the year with a few solid wins before putting the cue in the rack. Congratulations to Lexy for a great career with us. Onwards and upwards for next year and beyond.

I missed the first half, but there were some seriously good signs there.

• We need a strong running half with some pace.
• Not sure why Milf decided that he might actually play today.
• RK was noticeably better and had some great defensive plays and big runs (@Huge). Some sloppy and lazy defensive errors, especially around grubber kicks at the goal line.
• Niu needs to do a lot of work reading defensive plays. He just seems to be lacking a lot in that area of his game.
• Mead is not a forward, but he put in a decent bit of work in the middle regardless.
• Cobbo looks really promising.

We have a team here, bronx fans.

On ya Lexi. Champ of a bloke and was great in defence. The 2 runs for 11m in your farewell game is probably a good indication you made the right call.

Cobbo is gonna be unreal. Improvement from everyone. Kelly was shocking.

Finally we can say we will have an actual fresh start as of next year with the chronic underachievers of the last decade goneskies.

It's also kind of bittersweet to go out comprehensively flogging one of the finalists, rather than getting shat on like we were in the beginning of the season. I think we finished the season with a top 8 side. Maybe we'd go out in week one, but we've at least wound the clock back a year or two, and what's more, the team looks cohesive and happy.

I'm happy with the progress.

Milford: 236 mtrs, 3 LB, 3 TA, 1 T, 1 FG. Now that is a day out and are similar to the stats he has produced in the previous 2 matches. He still has the skillset required just not as the marquee man.

He's a big loss and he would have stayed at the Broncos on a budget deal as Reynolds was keen to partner him. Now we're stuck with no decent #6 at the club with Billy Walters probably being the frontrunner for the role.

Great win by the boys dropped off abit defensively in the last 20 but thats understandable given we were down on troops.
Cobbo is going to be a star my bets on him being close to Rookie of the Year next season if he plays the full year.
Really liked how Kev used his bench in the first Half with bringing Paix on and putting Turpin to lock.
Why couldn't Milford play like that the last few years would of been perfect next to Reynolds we don't win that game without Milford.
Herbie has so much skill with some parts just need polishing, got to find a way to use him abit better.
Bullemor impressed me early with his carries after Haas we need to keep him.
Coates will be leading try scorer next year in Melbourne with abit of AFL training kinda sad to see him go.
Lexi had a quiet game which is understandable given he would of had so much emotion and wanted to just take it all in.. glad he made that tackle at the end there congrats on the career
Next year is looking really bright for the team top 8 finish is achievable.
