I havent played any rugby league past under 12’s which means I can’t have any opinion on it. But for those that have, does a big breeze actually make any difference if you are a shit team?

If it's really strong wind or rain it still doesn't add much to the team with the direction, but it's hard to run against I feel. Especially if your team is mentally weak....
