Interesting, though I have my doubts on his defence in the middle, I would assume small stints.
He defends in the middle at hooker anyway.

Maybe if all teams played each other twice .Must admit, i think the best team is the one who comes out on top before the finals. You prove yourself week in week out, not in a knockout competition.
Then you run the risk of not selling as many tickets. This isn't Soccer where fans are mad for their team regardless of where they come on the table. There is no relegation to make that end of the table spicy. If it's already season over, only the die-hards will show up, not the bandwagoners. The last few years it has been Penrith or Melbourne as minor premiers by a lot, so why bother going to see a game that barely matters if you come 5th or 7th?Exactly. If you are going to have a finals series this is going to happen - it happens in every sport that is decided by playoff games. Don't want it to happen, then get rid of the finals and make the minor premiership the major premiership. Of course then you run the risk of the comp being over weeks out from the last game, taking the meaning out of many games...
He had his best game in a while last week .According to dobbo, apparently Broncs wanted to rest flegler aswell but he refused, said no I'm playing.
Yeah but usually that is the only small guy on at a time, two at once in the middle might be risky. He defends in the middle at hooker anyway.
I’m keen!We should just name everyone Corey this week
It shouldn't be that hard to understand why we'd prefer to face the Warriors than a full strength Storm in a final. Regardless of how cocky we might feel, we still haven't been able to beat them at Suncorp since 2009. Not saying we can't, only that if you got handed the choice in an elimination, you'd pick the Panthers to do your dirty work and let them suck up the injuries from those foul playing *****.I don't understand any of this talk that we want to avoid (insert team name here), do not understand it at all. For the first time since perhaps 2000, I am going in to games scared of absolutely no one. I also think every other team is absolutely terrified of us. We are winning comfortably playing well, we are winning comfortably playing poorly, every single team will be scared of what we can do if we play at our best.
We'll take whoever wants to come against us and get flogged. Bring on (insert team name here), don't care who it is.
And to hammer home the point, this side will beat Melbourne this week too.
I don't know Flegler going mad as captain is necessarily a good thing lolI’m keen!
Excited to say Corey Mozer make his debut and I think Corey Flegler will go mad with the responsibility of captian
Haha yeah great entertainment value thoughI don't know Flegler going mad as captain is necessarily a good thing lol
Yep, absolutely.Maybe if all teams played each other twice .
Was thinking Smoothy might move to a middle / lock role... think he did that a couple games back when him and Billy were on the field at the same time... think he came on for Patty.Souths last week put Paix in a first receiver loose forward role. I think Hunt/Kevvie were looking to this week.
Billy and Smoothie have done it recently .Yeah but usually that is the only small guy on at a time, two at once in the middle might be risky.
We should just name everyone Corey this week
