I'd be tempted to rest Reynolds purely because the panthers seem to be in full grub mode and they'd try to work him over big time. For the most part, they seem to have immunity from the ref too
The crowd will be targeting Ezra I bet.

Then once teams figure this out they'll push numbers onto Selwyn making more room for Mam and Piakura on the inside.

Piakura didn`t get much space the other night .
Had to roll his sleeves up and make metres . He was tackling everything that moved though . Great to see after getting his head almost torn off by Brandon Smith`s hip . I think they are gonna be deadly that left side if they can stay healthy . Speed , power , foot work , fast hands and other than Piakura we have seen they can all kick too .

Ezra needs a big game to settle my nerves that he may be the clubs next Milford
He’s still following up broken play and generally looks way more interested than Milford. Ezra was a finger tip away from slicing through a couple of times the other night. Plus Staggs made a meal of putting him over for a try.

Call me crazy but I am really not feeling overly intimidated by our run of games coming up at all. Penrith looked out of sorts at times against Parra and really had to earn it, same story for the Cows who had to rely on GP, and now Melbourne just barely got out of jail at home.

All three of those teams played markedly better than us though. We will need to improve 100% to beat any of them

Ezra has been dogs balls the last couple of games… we also had huge expectations given his GF performance… but to compare him to a man who STOLE money from our proud club and will never ever be welcome in Red Hill, that’s harsh!!!
He’ll find his grove very soon. In Ez We Trust.

100% is that like your 1 to 4 ratio. A little bit biased ?
I watched Storm , Cowboys and Penrith . They all made a lot of mistakes . I wouldn`t rate them 100% better . And the score lines show it .

Nothing goes over your head big Del. You would jump up and catch it.

We were perhaps fortunate last season with injuries. The squad had a good balance to it and we were rarely outplayed, Rabbits at home was one that I remember deserving to lose.

We start this season slightly out balanced with our bench options. We’ve had a couple of injuries already, and to key players too.

Reyno out, Haas and Carrigan carrying knee knocks too but should be ok.

I keep hoping we cut out the stupid ball handling errors, but if anything, seems to be getting worse. Only two games in though, so hopefully things will settle down a little bit after winning Thursday night.

Panthers will be a tough game, they’ve not started well either but they’ll be confident of beating us especially if we can’t sustain ball discipline and have a high set completion ratio.

If Fisher-Harris is gone for a long term injury, that hurts them a lot.

They win their games by dominating field position and grinding down their opposition, Parramatta scored nearly every time they got down their end the other night, the problem was they couldn't get down there enough. Losing JFH changes that dynamic a bit, I would suggest.

They've also lost the potency of having someone like Spencer Leniu coming off the bench.

They turn into a very beatable team without JFH alongside Moses Leota.

They do have an amazing production line though and their backs do so much work that they can negate his loss to a large extent. Plus Leota looks like he might have levelled up.

Interested to see how our outside backs match up. We are a very similar team in that regard. I want to see Walsh carve up jerome luai
