Broncos 44-22 over the Cowboys.

Great win, finally our attack starting to come together.

3 - Kahu
2 - Parker
1 - Milford

Honorable mentions to Blair, Hunt & Glenn who were all very good as well.

3. Parker
2. Milford
1. Kahu

Honorable mention to McG, if he hadn't gone off, he would've been our best on ground. He started off brilliantly.

Still some stuff to work on, but that was a pleasure to watch

unbreakable beat me to it ... mods you can delete this thread if you like

I just loved we executed every opportunity, something I haven't seen from the broncos in a long time. Still waiting for Milford to ignite, but I'm patient. Next week is a new week, new team.. I hope we don't stay stagnant, I hope we strive for stater. Because we still have a lot to work on.

Very pleased with the performance.
I love our bench at the moment, I think we should stick with it.

3. Kahu
2. McCullough(give him some credit he was awesome. You guys get carried away with his slow service. I feel as if you guys make yourselves believe it.
1. Hunt

Blair, Oates, maranta... Shit the whole team was pretty awesome tonight.

Most encouraging game I've seen for a while. Cowboys were awful but so were the Sharks last week, so to score 8 tries is great, even if it's just from an entertainment point of view. Seriously, it's been ages since the Broncos actually looked entertaining. Hopefully it can continue.

Our spine (Hunt, Milford and Kahu) were our best players and I thought Kahu was great. Made an excellent tackle in the second half on I think Cooper to stop a try and was quite good in attack.

Impressed with Blair's second half effort. He was still too quiet in the first half but responded well with McGuire off like you'd hope. Offered us a few things at the line and whilst the tunnel ball didn't look too good it was actually a pretty effective run up til that point and for the first time I can see some hope that he'll come good. He'll need to tone down his ball playing at times but an encouraging sign.

Milford looked dangerous passing too, which is very encouraging. Even had a dangerous grubber in the second half as well. Will hopefully improve even more but his combination with Glenn looks excellent.

Props to Maranta too for a strong run to set up his first try and for not bombing any tries. It was a strong game for him but I still don't see much hope for him long term. He just looks too slow and bereft of confidence. Maybe this game can turn the latter around though.

InB4...the Cowboys were so terrible blah blah fucking blah....a better team would have put 100 on the cows blah fucking blah.

Great performance by the team tonight. Blair as expected had a solid game, although the tunnel ball was a little suspect. Moose gone for the majority of the game so we played roughly 60 minutes in those conditions with only 16 players. Most impressive, the spine looked to have a mild understanding of each other. Excited for the weeks ahead.

Kahu showed tonight why me and a few other on here rate him so highly

Milford - well looks like i'm eating some humble pie (and it is very tasty, i might add) great job. I still think he is better at fullback, but he certainly impressed me tonight. for the make up of the team going forward he may be the right choice at 6, if he keeps playing like he did tonight (and improving in a few things) great job.

Parker was, well, Parker another great game from him

Hunt, we just need to get him a better kicking game ... calling Darren Lockyer.

Blair, it may just be me, but the impression i got from watching him tonight, is that as soon as he gets the ball, his first move is to look to pass. I personally think he should be looking to run first, pass second

Reed - can we sack him yet

Yeah, I thought the Cowboys were due a win. I wasn't very confident. But we won, we won by 22 points.

If Kahu keeps playing like he has the last two weeks (great D last week and good attack this week) does Boyd return via the wing?

I'd evaluate the situation then, but its certainly something to consider.

personally i'd like to think so ... but one thing is for sure, Kahu must take his place in the side somewhere

Cowboys were really poor, I don't think we can take too much out of the game.

Jordie finally getting the opportunity to show off his skills and is only going to get better.

Macca is still not offering enough variety out of dummy half, I don't know where his running game has gone this season but our attack is suffering for it.

Adam Blair looked like he had something to prove and was busy all night, and had to be with McGuire concussed.

A lot more commitment in defense this season, hitting and sticking.

Thaiday was good.

It probably wasn't the game for it but I would like to see us build pressure a bit better and be patient and work for repeat sets rather than the Hail Mary bomb to the wing.
