Verry ugly half of footy. It's like the ball is made of seal fur. The most interesting moment of the half was that set from the Tigpies, which was comfortably the worst I've ever seen in a first grade game. Just hiiiiideous.

I'd love to know when our last completed set was before that, as ugly as a finish that was, I give him points on at least finishing the set for us, sure as hell weren't getting it elsewhere. Just not playing to the conditions, ball possession is everything tonight but sloppy passes and playing the ball costing us. Bennett should be drilling it into their head, hold onto the ball.

I think we should try to hold onto the ball this half. If we do, we might have some possession and then if we can find a prop somewhere, maybe he could get the ball early in the set, instead of on the fifth tackle then we could get some field position.

Then if we could find a half, maybe we could set up a play in the back end of a set?

That is a lot of finding we have to do, but I should think an NRL club might be capable of it...
