Let`s get real here . Tanah is playing really well in the last 4 games . But , uh he was once at the Broncos before he left for the Titans who tried to turn him into a hooker because he couldn`t do it in the halves . 5-6 seasons later he has hit a purple patch and the Broncos should axe their 5/8 and replace him with a half back .

tanah has been signed on a two-year contract with the One New Zealand Warriors to the end of the 2026 NRL season.

The 24-year-old has amassed 69 NRL appearances since making his first-grade debut with the Titans in 2019.

A former Queensland under-20 representative, he has joined incumbent halves Te Maire Martin, Luke Metcalf and Chanel Harris-Tavita competing for NRL spots.

Predominantly used at halfback by the Titans, Boyd has also made a number of appearances in the No 6 jersey.

I think you're being a bit pedantic mate, you specifically asked who was playing better this year hence the comparison of positions for this year only. Ezra has played halfback for us too a few years ago. Big Del is right, Tanah's having a purple patch these last few games but Ezra's best is still better in many of our opinions as others have outlined. I think you'll be hard pressed to find many on here that would want Tanah back over Ezra.

You are intitled to an opinion the same as me i guess. I think you should go read some of the messages from the Dolphins game and i would counter there are plenty on here that agree with me about how bad Mam is. I made a suggestion that we could do better they were just my thoughts.

Fair enough and you're absolutely entitled to your opinion too! I think almost everyone agrees that Mam is playing poorly (I'm personally in the give-him-time camp) but ultimately I think what people are reacting to here is not that but how you'd want to dump him for Tanah Boyd.

I probably didn’t explain myself as well as i could of before. Obviously if I’m going to say get rid of him then we are going to have to replace him and so i suggested someone who is off contract at the end of 2026, who i think is playing quite a few levels above Mam. I said last week against the storm in my opinion Mam is starting to remind of Milford and because of the money he is on (again in my opinion) that money could be used better. If others dont think that would be Boyd that’s fine. I also mentioned last week that from what I can see so far Pezet cannot take on the senior role in the half's. So far this year with all the injures the warriors have had, Boyd has stepped up admirably. Who’s to say that this isn’t the making of him as well as he’s only 26

Tannah Boyd has had some good games this year, yea ok thats all good but he had hes chance here and didn't cut the bill. Mam is a proven premiership 5/8 and I can only see improvement to reach his summit.
