They can't win now . two points in the bag.

Very good win.....seasons on track....the club are doing a really good job you have to say. Players are showing up. Some nice combo's developing......Griffins doing a good job ( don't hit me it is what it is lol ).

Don't talk sense, its frowned upon in these parts.

Gah. That was soft, even if they ruled no try.

Surprised Wal didn't slip in a dictate terms!

There was a collective cheer when he left.

Nice bloke , shocker defender , gets dominated and penalised a lot for his storm habits. No running game. Experienced though , goes alright in patches.

Well summed up.

Thought Wallace looked decent, would have loved to see Hala in there instead of Lowrie, with Oates on the bench I don't see why he's in the team at all.

ill just add you to the ignore list so i don't have to talk to you at all tbh.

Seems you're upset we won. 3/4 and only lost to goal kicking last week, have some positivity ffs.

Had to Skype the folks for a larger part of that, so couldn't pay as much attention as I'd like.

Main things I noticed : edge defence was sloppy again, but they struggled to contain our march up field. Multiple times we just rolled up almost the whole length in a set of six. Thought Macca made some great runs off the back of that.

Main thing I liked : quick start, and despite some rough patches, they kept at it and piled on the tries. Decent variety in attack too. So good to see after last year.

There's a long way to go in the season yet, and improvement to be made, but I can't fault their effort thus far. May not challenge for the big one, but well proud of them. Bring on next week!

As for the Dragons, they weren't afraid to chance their arm, and they kept us honest, despite the early deficit. I see them continuing to exceed early expectations.

its pretty obvious barba doesnt quite have his agility back just yet but give it time,, i do really enjoy the way he links up with his wingers on kick returns though, quite often puts them into a bit of space and starts our sets off with momentum. other then the one bombed try i thought vidot was very good again with his metre gains. our attack doesnt look all that slick but we are prepared to throw the ball around and at the moment its paying off with good support play. hoffman and mccullough took alot more pressure off hunt in the long kicking department tonight which helped us alot. reeds defence was again an issue which is such a shame as he was always a good one on one defender, way to much shirt grabbing from him, would like to see oates take his spot until hodges returns

Macca was massive. Controlled the game to smith levels. Kicking was great. Was instrumental in tries. Particularly in the last quarter was so creative around the ruck was making us an extra 5 metres a tackle putting our guys in behind the markers
