I'm actually really pissed off at some of the extremely lazy efforts in defence tonight.
Scoring as many points as we did should mean it's a great win, but it wasn't.

Despite the hype, the Tigers are truly awful. We played a pretty poor game, blew some tries, had the ref blatantly against us and lost our starting halfback halfway through and still ran up a score on them.
Like the Roosters game, we put the torch to a poor opponent which is all you can ask for, but it was far from clinical and some of the defence was shocking. Still a good win, hope Reynolds is ok though…

Yea, but it was against the Tigers. Wouldn't want to do that every week.

Definitely one of those games I just can't bring myself to be overly happy about.

- Piakura gone, Riki still suspended, our worst position for depth is the one being tested, swell. Hetherington to second row, Patty to 13 and Te Kura/Marty onto the bench.
- Reyno is a big unknown. I hope it's only precautionary but at least we still have Hunt out there to guide the troops. Still, blowing your hammy kicking a goal is not a good sign.
- Very poor night in defence. Concede 24 against any side and you've had an ordinary one. Thank **** for Hunt and Reyno's early flourish in the 2nd half. Hunt's 40/20 was a thing of beauty.
- Quiet night for the front rowers. Haas and Carrigan underwhelming by their standards
- Best wishes to Piakura, but I swear to fucking god, PLAYERS DUCKING THEIR HEAD INTO THE HIP OF THE BALL CARRIER KNOCKS OUT FARRRRRRRRR MORE PLAYERS THAN ANY HIGH SHOT. This fucking competitions administrators make me want to jump off the fucking storey bridge!!!!!!!!!!!

Goal line defence is atrocious. Gos should be dropped on that attempted tackle alone.
We still lack any mongrel up front, just too passive off our line. We can’t win a comp with that back row.
