These graphics do my head in - when did this become a thing in graphic design?
I agree, I find it terrible and not a logical conclusion which stats belong to which player. At least this time the text colour matches the team colours. I don't believe it was like that a few weeks ago.....but could be wrong.

There's no way to discredit what May has been able to do so far this season, he's been unbelievable. What were the Chooks thinking?

I'd love to know why. I've been waiting for some sort of incident to be dug up by the media/leaked by the Roosters but so far nothing...and I don't think there will be tbh. Maybe he made a French joke or something?

They've cooked their cap from upgrades apparently. Sounds like they've moved Dick Cheese and PigFace May on to buy DCE

One of the podcasts was talking about it... I think it was levels... and they mentioned that he was asked about his "why" for football or some shit... like "why do you play football?", and his answer was like to smash some blokes, etc. and rorters were looking for something a bit more intellectual like for my family, etc.

I remember, because Mason was like what do you expect from a young prop that's come from Mt. Druit.

When he was young he grew up in a poor area of Newcastle so he was like footy is an escape for guys from there and also a way for guys to get rid of anger, etc.

So whilst he was young and naive the game literally was about bashing guys up legally.

It wasn't until he got older that he realised his "why" was his family, security, etc. and what the game had given him.

So if that is the reason why they got rid of him, then it's seriously fucking stupid

Form score around the same (slight edge to Tigers, which seems logical), talent score favours Broncos (again, seems logical) and overall score shows advantage Broncos especially with a home field advantage.

I like it, I'm a spreadsheet guy to, maybe add a bench multiplier aswell. Then average the win loss ratio with who the ref is... Just kidding.

1.55 for 13+ haha

After rewatching the dolphins game, just like the past 10 years, the broncos really need to work on their line speed. They are so slow, and lose the collision.

The dolphins line speed was actually pretty good, but it was hass' runs and reynolds territorial kicking that kept the broncos in the game.

In contrast look at the bulldogs this year. They are up there with panthers speed in previous years, and look at where they are on the table.

- They've got a point to prove but so do we
- A lot of emergency services personal coming along to thank them for their support over the last few weeks
- We need to keep improving, have defended a lot the last few weeks but would be nice to have an opportunity to work on attack
- We need to be diligent about bending the back and going lower, being disciplined in defense
- The rules are the rules and we need to adhere to them
- I live in the now, don't dwell on the past, so no extra heat from playing the Tigers, I'm focused on what I'm doing here, no difference being the Tigers
- We learned a lesson with Canberra that you need to show up every week
- We aren't worried about their halves, we need to gel too, we need our two boys to get better with the attack as well
- We need to build consistency around what we are doing
- We want to make sure rather than being slightly off, we are well and truly on
- I think Piaks has grown a lot, I'm looking forward to him taking this opportunity
- Piaks is learning a lot from the likes of Patty, Payno, Hunty and Reyno and he is showing the benefit of this
- Losing Riki is losing a backrower, so that gives J.Hunt the edge but I've also been really impressed with his attitude and he will bring a lot to the team
- Multicultural night was fantastic, was nice to see the representation of the cultures, particularly through the food
- A trade window would be good but it is what it is, you work with it the way it is
- It will be nice to celebrate and appreciate the 3000 emergency services crew members
- The salary cap is part of the environment and I want to keep anyone and you work hard to develop your talent and this provides competition within
- He was asked about Mozer re-signing for 2 years indirectly and definitely wasn't surprised or denied it, sounded like it has likely already happened which is cool but I might be reading too much into it

Not sure how a team that’s won 3 of their past 4 at Suncorp can be such big outsiders.

Even with those games we lost, we had the superior side and should have won quite comfortably but they dragged us down to their level and beat us.
