I totally agree with you Pies strategy of burning the boats and ruthlessly gutting our team was done so half arsed we're still paying for it. And when you see players like Fifita today you have to wonder why no one in that front office has not been frog marched out of Red Hill for the sheer incompetence that has been shown time and time again. When I see players like Walker and Walsh run around in the next couple of years I'll still be pissed off.I think its the difference between good and bad development. Look at Luai for example. Had to bide his time behind Maloney until he was a 23 year old. Up until then he was a bit part player for them. Cleary played earlier, but next to an experienced half who could manage a game in Maloney. They had their young forwards learning from and then taking over the likes of Tamou and Merrin. Its night and day from what we are doing. If we did a similar thing, then i believe our players would be going a lot better.
You can see the difference between players like their who have been allowed to develop and learn their trade over ours who have been thrown in with little guidance in a basket case team under a basket case coach in Seibold. I think its a bit of a moot point to even compare our blokes even if they have had similar game time. We are just clueless.
2 from 20!!
Just give us something to lift our spirits Broncos ffs.
