Basically we brained them most of the game but only made the most of our opportunities in the 2nd half.

Most played well. Not sold on baker and hunt and I don't think madden will ever have the composure required.

Oates better hope he gets a chance off the bench cause tonight proved he can't be relied on for the wing any longer.

How'd milf avoid the bin in the first half? Was very cynical, the old toy taking it out on the new one...

we need haas and piakura back badly. Baker and hunt aren’t the answer. it also means we still rely on Oates with his carry’s to help with the forward deficiencies. And Oates is not the answer for the wing

Really ordinary performance. Apart from Carrigan, nobody played a good 80 mins, but i thought Willison and Smoothy had good impact from the bench.

I dont think we actually did much wrong in a lot of ways, but we didnt do much right either. Too many simple errors, and our discipline was way off. Need to respect the footy more.

Won it in that first twenty. They couldn't crack us except off the error, always looked like we'd score once we got a bit of possession, and they never looked like they could go with us and especially not after they lost Hammer and had to rely on Milf. Kodi looked great for them all night though.

A lot of average games on our side, won't happen that often and fortunately we had the firepower to still win it. Some players will cop it this week but weren't as bad as will be made out. Doing well with half our key players out, pretty much all that can be expected.

Poor finish. Unless his ankle was a problem, Kevvie made a mistake subbing off Ezra. You can’t mess with the spine, and that left edge need all the defensive practice it can get.

Those late tries are down to that poor interchange. Sailor either starts or doesn’t play. No place for him and Tyson on the bench.

I think a bit like Walshy, Oatesy will be better for the run. We would be stupid to write off players after one game. If we did there would be a lot out of the team. Now Baker and Hunt, they are consitently poor. Its players like that we really need to be asking questions about.

Definitely a "take the points and run" situation. A horrible game in every respect. Errors galore from both sides, refs were shit, forced to carry shithouse players....Just one of those ones you want to scrub from your memory.

Haas, Reyno and Piaks seriously cannot return soon enough.

Good enough....they were never looking like winning. Go back to pre game V8 comment. Full strength thats 60+
