Round 6 - Knights vs Broncos

7 point scoreline definitely flatters them. Outplayed in every facet. Margin will blowout if trend continues in the second half. Never thought I'd see anyone slower than Macca but Luke is just embarrassingly bad.
I think you're taking your criticism too far. No way is Luke slower than Macca and IF he is at least Luke doesn't telegraph every move out of dummy half he makes.

I've watched Rugby League for a long time and I've never seen a forward run a straight line from a kick-off and find himself in a 1 on 1 tackle. That's what happened, Haas literally had to take down Saifiti 1 on 1 from the kick-off.

My initial feeling is that certain players in the playing group are trying to get the coach fired. It's really the only explanation for some of the efforts we're seeing.

He at least looks like he knows what he is doing and when to have a run.

5-3 Set Restarts Newcastle
4-2 Penalty Count Newcastle

It's really not THAT lopsided, it's certainly going against one team, but at least there's some consistensy.

Sutton's been OK, the Broncos have been trash and they're lucky Newcastle are playing poorly.

Oh for sure, the team looks like rubbish but there is just no consistency in the refereeing whatsoever. I cannot tell you what any of the six agains are for, for either side.

Imagine trying to explain the game to someone who hasn't seen it before at the moment.

'What was that call for?'

'Dunno.'

'What about that one?'

'No idea.'

'How about that one?'

'...'

'How long have you been following this sport?'

'....thirty years.'

I'm with ya. That is what I'm seeing.

Holy shit, Oates has gone 12 games without a try, unreal.

Darius goes from half steps to his right and waits to be tackled.

LOL at Boyd and people used to give Hancock a hard time over his side running, at least he would make metres............

Bullshit. He declined before.

Nah, he was one of the Broncos best in 2018 and worked his way back into the Origin team.

Started 2019 as the Broncos best and has really fallen off since the Origin series.

I feel if Seibs doesnt get them cracking - its game over for him.

Isn’t that a knock on or penalty? How is that a set restart?
