Yep. Capewell is giving away at least 1 dumb penalty a game and at the moment and is two dumb penalties so far with a whole half to go. Maybe time to start him on the bench as a subtle reminder that he needs to pull his finger out.

If you're wanting to know why we look so fatigued and loose every set, try to look at where the ref is keeping the "10" for us. You'll rarely see a complete shot of the PTB and the defensive line, but look where the ball is played and then look at how far back the Broncos have to come from.

You could see these bad habits creeping in each week over those wins and they acknowledged them, but they never play any different the next week.
