Everyone that has watched at least one game of NRL no it wasn’t a try. The rule book confirms it wasn’t a try. Yet the refs boss, the one guy in the entire motherfucking game that should know the rule book inside out, does not know the rules and publicly claims it was a try.

Smith is wise though. Is really polite and reasonable and refers to the ref by their first name. Because of that approach the ref finds it really hard to dismiss him.
