Definitely should of taken them off.
Makes you wonder if they were refusing to come off and tried to run it off because there is no other reason they should of stayed on as long as they did.

The coach is in charge, not the players. Kev needs to be in control and take them off even if they don’t want to.

If Reynolds or Walsh got injured and was out for the year in that meaningless 15 mins when there was no reason for them to be on the field then our season is over on the spot.

Gotta be smarter than that.

At least he actually got Carrigan off early for a change.

Exactly this. AOB mentioned before the Knights Bulldogs game that Kalyn was "walking wounded" - he then proceeded to hobble around the field, clearly struggling with his hip, until he did his lisfranc.

Just get them off FFS

Would be weird for him to let football players play football or something... lol? Injuries could happen whenever, you cut wrap the lads in bubble wrap

This reminds me of the grand final.

The tigers were the better team for the first half. We just can't put 80 minutes together!

I'm not sure what to make of us as team. Love the scrambling defence, but the fact we are scrambling at all, says a lot.

Reece will be elite, just waiting for the wisdom to happen.

I guess if you want to watch a traditional, wear the opposition down brand of football go and support the Panthers or the Roosters. The lads we have are great defenders but high risk high reward in attack. They back their defence and it works most of the time

some people just want the player to get his hand back on the ball for it to be a try ... but that's not the rule. once it bobbles and there is separation, even if that separation is for a bazillionth of a second. the player must regrip the ball (i.e. catch) not just get their hand back to it. there is no grey area
 
Just thinking back of my experience watching the game. That try right before half time, there was the knock on with what 20? 40? seconds to go? I walked out off the patio to take a piss with the thought of half time beckoning. Something drew me to hold on to the piss a bit longer and drew me back to the tele to watch the last play.

That’s broncos footy! I screamed that over and over again. I think my family hates me.
 
Left feeling disappointed at the end of the game.

Great defensive effort for most of the game, but most of it caused by our own lack of ball discipline.
That try they scored off the 5th tackle was an absolute joke. Take a look at what Baker did….. surprised no one hasn’t mentioned it yet. He attempts to kick the ball but completely misses like a 3 year old does. All he had to do was dive on the ball and it’s our set.

Shocking call to leave Reyno and Walsh out there for so long.

Mariner, typical first game back rusty performance, he’ll be better for it.

Arthars, wow. Awesome.

More injury concerns, another performance that was hot and cold, another match with controversial ref and bunker calls.

What were the penalty & 6 again counts for/against? Seems like we never have the majority of calls.

Maybe a night of reflection needed but not exactly overjoyed.
