A ****ing PE for Jensen? He could be gone for a long time too. This year is cursed, it's like 2007 where the team got killed by injuries after winning a grand final.

We can definitely still win. The problem is how much petrol is this going to take to do so and are we going to have anything left for the pointy end of the season?

And as for the T&T guys, remember Yvonne said everyone has injuries, so the NRL will no doubt say to us - too bad and we'll just be like, oh ok.
It's more the points and getting into the 4.

If our juniors can carry us through and keep us within touch for post origin, then when the seniors get back, it might actually be a blessing.

Highly doubtful we're going to win most games though unless we start getting some amazing luck and the refs stop trying to **** us over every week.

A quick Google search suggests that for a contact sport athlete, Jensen's season might very likely be over, maybe even his career. Of course, its Google and I'm no doctor, so have no idea on how accurate this may or may not be.

Found this - Tom Gilbert had a blood clot move to his lungs, same deal basically. He's back playing. So it's not all game over yet.

Time for Dave Taylor to answer his true calling - a Titanic sized number 6.

Let's hope so. I think the thing that is against Jensen though potentially is his age. Let's just hope the dude is all good first and foremost. Footy needs are secondary of course.

I'll give a TLT a go

1. Hayze Perham
2. Josiah Karapani
3. Deine Mariner
4. Gehamat Shibasaki (Jesse and Staggs in if they're fit)
5. Antonio Verhoeven (as above)
6. Ezra Mam
7. Adam Reynolds
8. Jaiyden Hunt
9. Cory Paix (assume he passes HIA)
10. Xavier Willison
11. Brendan Piakura
12. Jordan Riki (assuming he's fit... otherwise we'll be seeing Gos again)
13. Josh Rogers (lesssssgooooo)

14. Cameron Bukowski
15. Ben Talty (trying to keep some sort of bench rotation consistent)
16. Va'a Semu
17. Jack Gosiewski
18. Tom Duffy
19. Phillip Coates

20. Jett Bryce (TLT... maybe a bit of a reward for what he's doing at Burleigh)... Horne is on a Dev Deal, but no idea how he's playing
21. Preston Riki (TLT... but I don't think we have any other middles available... Beni and Waqa might be TLT's)
22. Mason Teague (smokey for my bench as he can play lock and hooker, but Coates provides some outside backs coverage)

The hardest part for TLT this week is where are the minutes coming from and where is the go forward in the middle.

Willison is going to be playing 80mins... Paix potentially playing 80 splitting time between hooker and lock.

Semu sounds like he's doing shortish 30mins stints in Qcup, so can probably only expect 15-20mins at NRL level on debut?

Talty got through 43mins on Saturday.. so he's basically doing the Jensen minutes and splitting with Jhunt and Semu.

Rogers, Gos and Paix to split the 80mins at lock.

That's a fair few interchanges to get 80mins across each of the 3 middles and hooker.

I guess the good news is that Broncos are reporting Staggs issue as a strain and not a tear.

As NRL Physio said, it basically comes down to pain management but also said he might need to sit out a couple of weeks.

Whether it's a strain or a tear, it's an incredibly painful injury and you can still play with a tear.
